Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

The checkout price will be the final price, including shipping costs to the customer.

International Shipping

Please note that due to the complexities of international shipping, we do not offer returns on international orders. However, we understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary. In such cases, we kindly request that the customer bears the cost of reverse shipping.

Delivery Terms

  • Domestic Transit Time

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3–12 days.

  • International Transit Time

Generally, orders for international shipments are in transit for 10–26 days. This varies greatly depending on the country you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you choose your destination at checkout.

  • Time to Dispatch

After placing an order, it is usually dispatched within 3 business days.

Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

  • Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we are not able to change the address once the order has been placed.

Tracking Notifications

Taxes and duties

  • Goods & Services Tax

GST has already been applied to the checkout at 5% on all items as displayed on the website. The prices that are shown before the checkout are GST excluded.

Cancellations

If you change your mind after placing an order, we are not able to accept cancellations. Once you have placed the order, either you can exchange the item or replace the item with the customer support request or you need to receive the product for the same.
